Service & Support Policy

In this competitive market, we provide replacement and warranty of our products. Every product and their modal have warranty, after sale service and replacement.

1. In the section of HD camera and IP camera our company gives two year Warranty with repairing service facility.
2. Camera: when camera gets out of order due to P.C.B. company gives you replacement service on warranty period.
3. NVR/DVR: if NVR or DVR gets out of order, company changes its card under warranty.
4. POE switch : Due to fault if POE switch gets out of order, then company gives you facility of repairing.
5. Power supply OEM : in case of order this product. company gives facility to change the card.
6. Power supply and adeptor : company gives you new card in replcement.
7. Rack: No warranty.
8. Wire: In any issue if wire is not functioning, we give you full replacement.
9. Speed dome camera and 4G router – company provides reparing facility.
10. If POE lead is not working of your IP camera then you have to pay Rs. 135/- for POE lead.

• We give repalcement service of recieved material in 5 working days.
• No warranty for Physically damaged or burnt product after delivery and successful working.
